After School Program

WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR OUR TECS AFTER-SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM!

Hello Families,

We are excited about the 2024-2025 school year and this year's After School program. As part of the 21st Century Community Learners Cohort 22, the focus of our program is S.L.A.M. (Social Emotional, Literacy, Arts, and Mentorship) programs, integrated into the overall schedule. Please Note: Space is LIMITED.

PLEASE SUBMIT ONE FORM PER CHILD. If you have multiple children at TECS, please complete a new form for each student.

Program Information:

Program Start Date: September 16, 2024  | Program End Date:  May 29, 2025

Time: 3:45PM- 5:30 PM (Monday - Thursday) 

After-School Programming will NOT be delivered on Fridays, half-days, or when school is not in session.

Program Fees:

The SLAM Program offers scholarships to each student enrolled. However, scholarships can be revoked at any time due to frequent absences or disciplinary issues.

Important Information:

LATE PICK-UP: The After-School program ends at 5:30 p.m. We have provided a grace period of (15) minutes. Students picked up late more than (2) times in a month, will not be permitted to attend the After School program for one week. Students that are picked up late more than (4) times in a month will be terminated  from the program.
